One of the important procedures of imported food(for example, red wine, olive oil, beverage, beer, chocolate, frozen food and so on) customs clearance is Chinese label filing. Take imported red wind for instance, what people should pay attention to when designing Chinese label. Many clients think they can simply translate original label into Chinese. I would say a white sticker with list of ingredient would be enough.¡± Actually, things are not that easy. Well, what documents are required for Chinese label filing?
1. Original color label sample and electronic edition;
2. Chinese translation of original label and electronic edition. If client entrusts us to translate the original, then he/she do not need to provide this.
3. Chinese label sample (1:1 proportion). If client entrusts us to design Chinese Label, then he/she do not need to provide this.
4. Ingredient List in English-Chinese format,with official seal and electronic edition
5. Client business license copy with official sea
6. Photocopy and translation of Certificate of Award/Prize(if any) ,with official seal
7. Photocopy of certificate of origin or certificate of free sale
