Shanghai beer import process: label registration - import document preparation - customs declaration and commercial inspection declaration - inspections - customs release.
Required documents for imported beer Chinese Label registration:
1. Label verification application for imported food
2. Business licenses of manufacturer and Chinese consignee
3. Seven sets of labels. The label samples shall be the complete labels that are used in import process and actual sales.
4. Production ingredient list
5. Certificate of origin or certificate of free sale.
6. Exporting enterprise health certificate
All the required materials shall come with official seal. All contents shall be translated into English. Except label samples, all materials shall be in duplicate. The letters, images, and symbols shall be clear, all label samples shall be submitted in plate form
Import document preparation:
Invoice,packing list, contact, certificate of origin, label registration form of imported food, original label and translation, Chinese label sample, business license of Chinese consignee, health certificate, customs declaration documents. If the cargo comes with wooden package, the IPPC should be marked. Otherwise, certificate of fumigation is required.
Beer Import Commercial inspection and Customs Declaration
It is required to provide certificate of origin, health certificate, sales contract, invoice, packing list, B/L. For first time import, label verification application form, 5 pieces of Chinese labels, 5 sets of original label and Chinese translation, evidentiary materials that reflect the specific properties of products are also required. When it is necessary, please provide test report, sanitary documents, and other required documents for cargoes and accept inspection, quarantine,and label verification.
The Chinese label sample of repackaging beverage and alcohol shall be made according to the GB10344-2005¡±repackaging beverage and alcohol label general rules¡±
Those cargoes that pass inspection and quarantine will be labeled with CIQ mark and get sanitary certificate, while those fail to pass will be not allowed to import.
